This is a terrific, dog and people-friendly place to live. Maintenance needs are usually addressed the same day. The location is perfect: 10 minutes to downtown SLC, 5 minutes to the U of U, and 20 minutes to Park City!

I submitted my repair request on Sunday and the repair was completed satisfactorily on Monday. I was afraid the problem would be hard to diagnose and that I would be dealing with a partially operating washing machine for quite a while. That was not the case. Very happy with this service call as well as the response I have had on previous calls.

I really love this complex. There is a gym, two pools, a climbing wall, trails and bike paths within walking distance. The staff is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Maintenance repairs have been completed quickly. The complex is situated in a prime location. I do think the complex is a little overpriced in my humble opinion. That's my only kinda-con. Overall, great place to live.

We moved in a little over 3 months ago, so we love it here. Management is friendly and the response time to maintenance is amazing (they come the next day, usually). When we moved in, it was so easy and stress-free. They keep up the maintenance throughout the complex and welcome ways to improve. We absolutely love all the amenities here at Foothill, the location is great also. Lastly, the community here is great, all our neighbors are friendly and quiet.
