I loved living at Foothill Place! The location is amazing and the office staff is even better! We've only needed to submit one maintenance request and the work was completed within 48 hours. Our 1 bedroom apartment was HUGE- the bedroom was nearly the size of our living room! Pet friendly property but you would never know because there wasn't a poop in sight! The price was very reasonable and no hidden fees (because it's all laid out when you move in). Foothill place was truly one of my favorite places to live!

Maintenance is quick. Management is always available. Apartments have been updated and are spacious. Prices are reasonable considering the great location. Less than 10 minutes from the UofU, 15 from Park City, 10 from downtown, and plenty of good hiking trails just across the street. People can be very harsh when reviewing apartment complexes. Nothing will ever be as good as having your own home that only you can manage. Paying a mid-level price for a good place to live with lots of amenities is a win in my opinion! I have and will continue to recommend friends to move here.

I had problem with finding my package since the apartment changed the system. I visited to office and asked assistant manager Kenrod to help me. He looked at website and went to two opposite side building for me and gave me my package. It took him more than 20mins. However, he said sorry for late. I felt he really care about me who is resudent.Kenrod James is the best assistant manager ever! I really appriciate what he'd done for me.

Foothill Place is a nice place to live. They are doing some major renovations to the place that I look forward to. The staff here care about their tenants and have always listened to my concerns. If you are interested, you should ask for Sariah or Kenrod, they're hilarious and will take good care of you.

I've had a great experience with Foothill Place. Their management team is super great to work with. If you treat them well, they will treat you well in return.

I like the location, close to the freeways which makes your commute very easy. Walking distance to walmart.

Reading all the negative reviews, I'm wondering if I live in the same apartments as they do. I have been here 2 years and vacating in January 2017 to move out of state. I will be sad to go. I love it here, my apartment is beautiful, the landscaping is beautiful. THe only complaint i would have is the noisy pool parties in the summer, but my apartment is directly across from the pool so I expect loud parties in the summer. Noise isnt a problem, lots of room outside, a dog park 2 pools, a gym and a staff that cares and a maintenance staff that is quick to act and fix. This apartment sets the standard for how apartments should be. I will miss this place.

My husband and I moved in here a little over a month ago, and so far we have loved every second. The people who work here are so helpful and friendly. Maintenance here is faster to respond than anywhere we have ever lived. We don't plan on leaving anytime soon.
