I really liked my apartment here. Couldn’t be a more perfect location. Right off the highway, and right next to everything you need. Lots of space in a one bedroom apartment. High ceilings and plenty of space for furniture. Rent was a tad high, but in a ski town, you should expect that. I lived here for 6 months, which caused problems with cancelling the lease. Other than the mix up when I moved out, I loved the place. Would definitely live here again.

We’ve lived here for 2 years and have had some really terrible rental companies in the past. This is by far the best we’ve experienced. The number one thing is how timely maintenance requests are handled, that’s been really nice. Having open communication with the office staff is important if you’re ever having issues. We have found Ken and Vanessa to be very attentive and reasonable.

I've lived here for almost 4 months and am very happy renting an apartment at Foothill Place. The onsite staff is very helpful and friendly. They are attentive to my questions and are willing to make any repairs quickly - usually the same day. They have a clean up crew that comes by every morning and spruces up the grounds so it looks presentable at all times. This winter, the walks were shoveled and salted in a timely manner as well.
