I had problem with finding my package since the apartment changed the system. I visited to office and asked assistant manager Kenrod to help me. He looked at website and went to two opposite side building for me and gave me my package. It took him more than 20mins. However, he said sorry for late. I felt he really care about me who is resudent.Kenrod James is the best assistant manager ever! I really appriciate what he'd done for me.

Foothill Place is a nice place to live. They are doing some major renovations to the place that I look forward to. The staff here care about their tenants and have always listened to my concerns. If you are interested, you should ask for Sariah or Kenrod, they're hilarious and will take good care of you.

I've had a great experience with Foothill Place. Their management team is super great to work with. If you treat them well, they will treat you well in return.

I like the location, close to the freeways which makes your commute very easy. Walking distance to walmart.

Reading all the negative reviews, I'm wondering if I live in the same apartments as they do. I have been here 2 years and vacating in January 2017 to move out of state. I will be sad to go. I love it here, my apartment is beautiful, the landscaping is beautiful. THe only complaint i would have is the noisy pool parties in the summer, but my apartment is directly across from the pool so I expect loud parties in the summer. Noise isnt a problem, lots of room outside, a dog park 2 pools, a gym and a staff that cares and a maintenance staff that is quick to act and fix. This apartment sets the standard for how apartments should be. I will miss this place.

My husband and I moved in here a little over a month ago, and so far we have loved every second. The people who work here are so helpful and friendly. Maintenance here is faster to respond than anywhere we have ever lived. We don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

Through my time here as a resident I would say that my overall experience has been a good one. We've had no maintenance issues but one, and it was fixed that same day. The apartments are pretty nice and I feel are okay to fair for the price. However what has impressed me the most with this place is the staff. Specifically Taylor and Hayle, Taylor has always been willing to work with me on my rent and arrangements which has been the biggest relief and satisfaction. I'm a youn college student and life happens, she understands this and like I said is always willing to help.

People that go out of their way to review things online are much more likely to be angry/dissatisfied, thus giving a potentially unrealistic view of whatever they are reviewing. I'm going to add a quick review to this place to add a little balance to the mix. My experience at Foothill so far has been very pleasant and positive. 1.The apartments are large, clean, and the facilities look very new (they were built in the 70's, can't believe the facelift they gave the place turned out so good!) 2.Great amenities: 2 pools, a hot tub, a 24/7 gym (small but clean and w new equipment!) 3. Large, fully staffed office! This is one of the biggest advantages to me. If you have any problems, questions, or maintenance requests, the office is always open/willing to help all day, till 6PM. Also open for a bit on saturday. Once my AC broke, and it was fixed within 2 hours! I can't overstate how great it is to have maintenance requests filled same day! 4. The application process was fairly simple. There were a few other places that were complete dumps, and their application process made it seem as if they were a rich gated community. There's this guy Ken that works at the office that is way nice and helpful/cool. 5. Quiet. I almost NEVER hear any neighbors. The walls are thick, and I never hear any "thuds" or creaks from the guys above me. The only time I can hear any faint noises is if I go into the bathroom and the guy above me is also in the bathroom. As of right now, I can't think of any negatives. I guess the non-refundable deposit was a little annoying. As I continue to live here, if any substantial negatives start popping up, I will update this review.
